23-24 Budget Reallocation Vote
Community Members: Due to a generous donor the majority of the cost of the playground renovations are being covered. As a result the PTCO only needs to allocate $6,500 to the playground instead of the original $15,000 was allocated and approved by the community. Therefore the PTCO, in consultation with Mrs. Rep and Mr. Terry, are asking for you to vote to approve to reallocate the remaining playground funds of$8,500 as follows:
Grade Level Grants - $8,500
This reallocation provides grant money to the teacher/grade level teams to help purchase items to enhance the curriculum of their lesson and provide other educational experiences such as field trips etc. The previously adopted budget did not have any grant money allocated for this.
This was approved was of 9/1/23
